Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between b33999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the b33999 website at b33999.bet. • "Prohibited User" Any individual who is under 21 years of age, or who is legally prohibited from participating in online gambling activities in their jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to the b33999 Platform and its Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the b33999 account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.

• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). b33999 does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
• Platform fees: b33999 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party transaction fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the b33999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on b33999 are as follows:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation from b33999. Bets placed during system outages or communication failures may be voided.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

b33999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of system errors.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Conduct that b33999 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons (e.g., voluntary closure at the user's request), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via the last used payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8. Intellectual Property

• b33999 shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, third-party service failures, or regulatory action.
• b33999's total aggregate liability to any user under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the cause of action arose.
• Gambling involves financial risk. b33999 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

b33999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions
